Parties in the Park is proud to announce the expansion of Wayside Park

After years of hard work, Parties in the Park is excited to announce the growth of Waymart's downtown park. Earlier this month Compact Excavation removed the remains of the old parking lot, to allow for a large grass filled area. "It has been many years in the making" said Lilian Rollison, Parties in the Park Chair, . "The expansion now allows more open space for events, and gives families more room to just have fun."

Parties in the Park organizes events throughout the year, including the Pride and Patriotism Parade, Waystock, Halloween Party, Christmas in the Park, and the Old Time Fiddlers.
